"基于单片机的超声波流量计设计与研究"
f fluid flow is called a flowmeter, which is an important instrument in industrial measurement. Compared with traditional flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters have many advantages and are an ideal energy-saving flowmeter. This design, based on a large amount of literature review, selected the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter as the research object, and conducted in-depth theoretical research on how to improve the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the system. The main detailed research includes: 1. Researched the measurement principle of the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter, conducted in-depth study on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in fluids, the characteristics of ultrasonic transducers, and the installation selection of ultrasonic transducers; 2. In terms of improving measurement accuracy, discussed and adopted a new method of ultrasonic time difference measurement called the multi-pulse measurement method; 3. Conducted detailed design analysis of the hardware circuit and software programming of the flowmeter. Overall, this study focuses on the development of an ultrasonic flowmeter based on a Monolithic integrated circuit. The research explores ways to enhance the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the system. By studying the principles of ultrasonic flow measurement and utilizing innovative methods such as the multi-pulse measurement method, this design aims to provide a more efficient and energy-saving solution for fluid flow measurement in industrial applications. The detailed analysis of hardware circuit and software programming ensures the successful implementation of the ultrasonic flowmeter. This project represents a significant advancement in flow measurement technology and has the potential to make a positive impact on industrial processes.
