河北坝上草原不同生境对强足通缘步甲的影响

摘
要:以河北坝上草地优势物种强足通缘步甲
Pterostichus
fortipes
为研究对象,探讨不同生境对该
物种多样性的影响.主要研究内容包括:强足通缘步甲的种群时间和空间动态,种群与环境因子的关系等.结
果表明:1)强足通缘步甲在不同生境内的数量分布有显著差异
;2)
强足通缘步甲种群与地表温度、地下
5cm
地温和立枯物显著正相关
;3)
适度的干扰能提高该物种多样性,但干扰频度和程度过高或过低却不利于其物
种多样性的提高.研究结果明确了环境中主要生物和非生物因子对强足通缘步甲多样性的影响变化,为生态
变化指示性物种的确定提供了科学依据.

Abstract:
The
essay
focuses
on
Pterostichus
forti
ρ
es
that
account
for
almost
60
percent
of
total
spe-
cies
in
Hebei
Province
in
order
to
study
its
relation
with
different
habitats.
The
results
showed
that:
1)
A
number
of
different
habitats
of
Pterostichus
fortipes
had
significant
differences;
2)
Pterostichus
forti
ρ
es
had
a
significant
positive
correlation
with
plant
height
,
made
dry
content
and
5
cm
underground
tempera
ture;
3)
Moderate-disturbed
land
use
could
improve
the
species
diversity
,
but
the
too
high
or
too
low
in-
terference
could
not
help
to
improve
species
diversity.
The
results
proved
the
environment
main
biological
and
non-biological
factors
could
deeply
effect
Pterostichus
forti
ρ
es
,
as
indicative
of
ecological
change
in
the
determination
of
species
provides
a
scientific
basis.
