Abstract:
Fluidized bed coal combustion desulfurization technology is an advanced combustion technology, but its application is severely restricted due to the immaturity and lack of economical comprehensive utilization of fluidized bed coal combustion desulfurization slag. The limited understanding of the by-products of fluidized bed coal combustion and the lack of basic data have to a certain extent affected the resource utilization of fluidized bed coal combustion desulfurization slag. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of fluidized bed coal combustion desulfurization slag and proposes a new set of activity evaluation methods based on current standards. On this basis, the factors influencing the activity of coal combustion desulfurization slag, methods for stimulating activity, and volume expansion performance are systematically studied through experiments. Microscopic techniques such as XRD and SEM are used to study the self-hardening, activity stimulation, and expansion mechanism of coal combustion desulfurization slag. Finally, a comparative in-depth study is conducted on the resource utilization of coal combustion desulfurization slag for building materials.
