"阻转矩负载计算机速度控制系统设计及应用研究"
本文主要研究了阻转矩负载计算机速度调节拖动系统,并介绍了通过计算机控制来实现对电动机正反向起动、提速、减速和停车的控制。首先介绍了在绕线转子异步电动机转子电路内串联对称电阻的方法对电动机进行调速,实现了对电动机正反向提速减速的控制。然后,应用能耗制动实现停车。在硬件的使用方面,本文采用了单片机为核心建立的硬件系统,以最大限度地简化硬件结构,为软件功能最大化提供了有力的支持。在设计和实现的过程中,本文通过对阻转矩负载计算机速度调节拖动系统的研究,为相关领域的研究提供了可靠的参考和借鉴。 关键词:阻转矩负载;转子串电阻;停车控制。 Abstract: This article focuses on the study of anti-torque loading computer speed control drag system, and introduces the control of the motor's forward and reverse startup, acceleration, deceleration, and parking through computer control. Firstly, we introduce the method of series connecting symmetrical resistors in the rotor circuit of the wound rotor asynchronous motor to achieve speed control of the motor, enabling control of the motor's forward and reverse acceleration and deceleration. Then, regenerative braking is used to achieve parking. In terms of hardware, this paper uses a hardware system with a single-chip microcomputer as the core to simplify the hardware structure to the maximum extent and provide powerful support for maximizing software functionality. Through the research and implementation process, this paper provides a reliable reference for related research in the field through the study of the anti-torque loading computer speed control drag system.
