基于组态技术的PLC交通灯控制系统设计及仿真—五邑大学本科毕业设计
r smooth traffic flow on the roads. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, small size, and simple programming, and it has been widely used in automatic control systems. This study focuses on the control of traffic lights using Omron CQM1 PLC, fully utilizing the functions of PLC such as timing/counting, sequence control, and logical operations. The control program design method for implementing the traffic signal PLC control system is introduced, and simulation of the traffic light control system is carried out in Configuration Software. During the design process, the basic principles and applications of PLC and Configuration Software are studied. The traffic light control program is written using ladder diagram on PLC and the visualization monitoring screen in Configuration Software is used to simulate the traffic lights. Keywords: PLC; Configuration Software; Traffic Lights In conclusion, this undergraduate thesis has investigated the implementation of a traffic light control system using PLC technology. By utilizing the functions of PLC and Configuration Software, the control program for the traffic signals was successfully designed and simulated. The study has provided a detailed insight into the principles and applications of PLC and Configuration Software in the context of traffic signal control systems. The findings of this research have practical implications for the development of efficient and reliable traffic control systems in urban environments. This study contributes to the field of traffic engineering by demonstrating the potential of PLC technology in enhancing traffic signal control systems for better traffic management and safety.
