Design and Implementation of Colleges Fixed Assets Management System The design and implementation of a high school fixed asset management system is essential for improving the operational efficiency of educational institutions. In response to the current status of fixed asset management in colleges, it is necessary to develop a new system that meets the specific needs of the academic environment. This paper analyzes the requirements of fixed asset management in colleges, including functional and performance requirements. It also involves system architecture design and functional module design, utilizing Servlet and JSP development technologies and adopting the B/S architecture pattern for ease of use. Considering the office workflow, the system primarily focuses on user management, department management, inventory management, usage monitoring, depreciation management, and system administration functions. By effectively addressing existing issues in asset management, the system enhances transparency in asset management within the school, ultimately improving operational efficiency. Through the use of the B/S model and MVC architecture, the system streamlines asset management processes and provides a user-friendly interface for seamless operation.
