Abstract: In today's competitive market, the management of consumer demands and the complexity of managing product information have made it necessary to implement an effective store points system. The focus of our work in store points management is on how to effectively use this system. To better accomplish this task, we conducted comprehensive research on the system's business processes and developed corresponding use cases based on different requirements. We used JSP technology for the development of the entire system, enabling fast page development through dynamic page development techniques. The database used was MySQL, and by employing the SSM framework, we were able to efficiently build a comprehensive system and design various functional modules according to evolving business requirements. The development of the store points management system has brought significant changes to the store, with powerful data storage and computational capabilities facilitating data analysis for operational management. Additionally, it enhances the connection between the store and customers, improving customer loyalty. Therefore, the development of an effective store points management system is crucial for the long-term development of the store.
