摘 要
x射线无损探伤是工业检测焊接质量常用的方法之一。目前X射线无损探伤系统主要
采用人工方式进行在线检测与分析,而人工检测存在主观标准不一致、劳动强度大等缺
点。采用计算机代替人工进行在线检测 与分析,可以有效地克服人工评定中因眼睛疲劳、
经验差异而引起的漏判与误判,从而使在线检测工作客观化、规范化和智能化。
基于上述原因,本文没计并实现了一套 X射线无损探伤缺陷自动检测系统,并作了
如下几个方面的研究:
I,设计并实现了x射线无损探伤系统的硬件组成与结构,该探伤系统主要由信号
转换、图像处理以及缺陷位置信息获取 与传输三部分组成;
z.设计并实现了 x射线探伤图像中缺陷尺寸的自动测量及一些常用的图像处理算
法,如:灰度直方图显示、负像、伪彩色以及锐化等;
3.研究了 X射线探伤图像中噪声的来源与消除方法,并根据工业实际生产条件,
采用了相应的消噪方法;
4,在应用缺陷检测算法之前,本文采用了一种快速焊缝区域提取方法,将所关心
的焊缝区域与背景区域区分开,从而减少了算法的运算量,缩短了算法的运算
时间;
5.深入分析和研究了各种缺陷检测方法,设计并应用了一种基于探伤图像中缺陷
附近空间特性 (空间对比度与空间方差)的模糊缺陷检测算法。与其它缺陷检
测方法相比,该模糊缺陷检测算法有着易懂、快速、简单、灵活和稳定等特点,
通过实验室检测和工厂实际检测证明,该方法有着较低的漏判率与误判率;
6. 从缺陷信息的获取、缺陷判定的标准等几个方面对缺陷的识别与判定作了详细
的讨论,并实现了缺陷的自动识别与标记。
国内X射线无损探伤系统现主要以人工检测和工业电视静态检测为主,没有缺陷在
线自动检测功能。本文主要以缺陷自动检测与识别部分为研究重点,设计并实现的 X射
线无损探伤缺陷自动检测系统,从而填补了国内 X射线无损探伤系统中缺陷自动检测的
空白。
系统现 己在中国石油天然气集团公司钢管厂正常使用达半年之久,得到了工人们的
一致好评,并取得了一定的经济效益。

Abstract
X-ray defect detection is one of the primary methods in non-destructive testing of industrial products
and is also widely即plied. Now, detection of defects in the weld is still done by human interpreter. The
problems of this process are subjective, inconsistent, labor intensive and fatigue of interpreter. It is desirable
to develop a computer-aided system to assist human interpreter in evaluating the quality of weld and make
the on-line detection objectivity, standardization, intelligent.
As the reasons above, an X-ray real-time defect auto-detection system is realization in this thesis. Some
researches have been lain out as follows:
1. Components of the system are realized. The system is made up of signal transformation part,
image processing part, acquirement and transport of the position of defect part.
2. The measurement of defect and the common image processing methods are realized, such as
histograms showing, invert transform, fake-color transform and curve transform.
3. The noise of X-ray system is researched and the method of reducing the noise is taken up due to
the environment of factory.
4. A fast pick-up method of weld area is used before using the defect detection algorithm. The weld
area and background area are separated by the fast pick-叩method. So the operational time and the
operational processing are reduced.
5. After deeply research and analyze some defect detection methods, an algorithm of fuzzy pattern
recognition is applied. The algorithm is based on spatial characteristics (spatial variance and spatial
contrast) near the defect. Compared with other defect detection methods, the major advantages of
this fuzzy method are as follows: easy, fast, simple, flexible and stable. It is shown throu助
experiments that the system has low rate of wrong evaluation
6. Through the introduction of acquirement and transportation of defect's information, the
auto-recognition of defect is realized.
Now, there is no real-time defect auto-detection in X-ray system in domestic factory. In this thesis, defect
auto-detection and auto-recognition is the emphases of research and it keeps ahead in domestic research
The X-ray real-time defect auto-detection system has been used in the Steel Pipe Factory of China
National Petroleum Corporation for half a year and has achieved some benefits
